Hi Joe, I had an appointment on Friday for my 2003 4Runner. Your attendant was really nice, showed me what he was doing and why, and appeared to be very thorough. The coffee, soda and newspaper are much appreciated. For whatever reason (I never asked so it’s my mistake) I thought this took only a half hour, but I’m glad you take your time and do a thorough job. While the drive was kind of a hassle from Manchester, I really liked the no stress laid back environment that I wouldn’t have seen in Nashua or in Bow. My only suggestion would be to remind people that you take only cash or check. I just assume now that everyone takes credit/debit cards. Luckily I had a blank check with me (many people now don’t ever use checks). Since my truck is 10 years old, and I do plan on keeping it, I do have every intention on coming back. Again thanks.
