Joe was out there with a truck and trailer, literally getting underneath vehicles and doing the work himself. To walk in today and see what this place has turned into is pretty incredible.

They've come a long way from those early days. Now they've got a huge operation, their own undercoating products, and shops using their products all over the country. Pretty impressive when you think about where it all started.

Anybody who's lived in New Hampshire knows what the salt does to vehicles around here. It's great seeing a local, family-run business take something so simple and turn it into what it is today. You don't see that kind of growth without a lot of hard work and dedication.

The hospitality is exceptional, and the customer waiting area is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It features cozy couches, a complimentary high-quality massage chair to enjoy while you wait, and free coffee, hot cocoa, and snacks.
The entire facility is impressively clean and free of unpleasant odors, even with the undercoating products being applied in the outdoor service bays.

This is the second truck I have had undercoated, the first is going on 7 years now and I just picked my girlfriend’s new vehicle. I referred her to them.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went in for a V3 undercoating for my 2025 F150. I got my truck back with the hood and part of the windshield covered in undercoating. I have gone to this location before and not had any issues like this. I get that there may be some overspray, but my hood was completely covered in oil. It took me a while to clean it and I ruined a few microfibers in the process. I guess their quality has gone downhill. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place anymore.

Also, I called the shop to tell them about this, you can no longer get a human on the phone, it’s all AI. I left a message and they never called me back. So their customer service has also gone downhill.
