What is a RustFax report?
A RustFax report documents your vehicle’s inspection and service at a participating NHOU® location. It includes photos of the frame, wheel wells and underbody, technician notes, the work performed and, where included, video.
Will I receive one with my service?
Yes, when your service is at our Chichester shop or a participating NHOU® franchise or dealer. If you’re booking somewhere else, ask whether they offer RustFax reports.
Does every NHOU location participate?
Not yet. RustFax is available at our Chichester shop and participating franchises and dealers. Ask your applicator when you book, or contact us and we’ll point you to a participating location.
How do I access my report?
Your report is attached to your vehicle’s record on My Steward Registry. Sign in to see it, or look up your vehicle by VIN. If you can’t find it, contact the location that serviced your vehicle.
Can I add my own maintenance records?
Yes. Once you claim your vehicle on My Steward Registry, you can add your own maintenance, repairs, receipts and photos. Entries you add are marked as owner-documented, so they stay separate from shop-verified records.
How are RustFax and My Steward Registry connected?
RustFax documents the inspection and service. My Steward Registry gives you, the owner, a place to maintain and build on that history.
