How to Apply NHOU® Marine Corrosion Guard
Clean the Surface
Remove all dirt, wax, grease, saltwater deposits and other contaminants with a high-quality cleaner.
Rinse and Dry
Rinse the area with water and let it dry completely.
Shake Well
Shake the can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.
Spray Thin, Even Coats
Hold the can upright 6–10″ from the surface and use a steady back-and-forth motion. Keep the can moving and release the button after each stroke.
Clear the Valve
When finished, turn the can upside down and press the button until clear gas comes out.
Reapply Regularly
Reapply before storing your boat, and every week when boating in saltwater.
Before You Spray
Do not spray on surfaces coated with antifouling or biocide paint. Do not spray on drive belts or soft natural rubber.
Clean up wet product with Simple Green or dish soap. Dispose of empty cans in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
