Returns

Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
