How to Use It
- Prep: pressure wash heavy mud or flaky rust, ideally a day ahead. Dry is ideal; damp is OK; avoid heavy rain. Make all electrical connections first.
- Spray: work the wand into the frame, wheel wells, rocker panels and door cavities, where corrosion starts.
- Avoid: keep it off brakes, exhaust systems and soft rubber molding.
- Maintain: reapply once a year and keep high-wear spots topped up.

Lemmer Laser Cut Carbide Tip Kit for the HP-45° Rigid Hook Wand
Standard tips is made of high quality tungsten carbide, these tips produce excellent spray patterns. Flat tips are best suited for fine finishing where a clean gun shut off is imperative. Having the tip orifice near the gun shut off valve eliminates "fluid dead space" which is the cause of spitting.
